Leisure Maintenance Services Ltd is able to provide a comprehensive maintenance regime tailored to suit any requirements covering complex evaluations and maintenance strategy reviews to programme implementation, operation and management. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Using PPM software to support the management and control of maintenance activities within industrial or commercial applications. Such support involves the provision of an asset register, a system of plant history records and the facility for registering and control of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
Predictive maintenance
This service involves the routine monitoring of plant. By repeatedly taking component measurements, data collected can be used to trend plant deterioration and accurately assess the condition of plant and predict breakdowns before they happen, thus preventing ‘down time’, on essential equipment.
Once problems have been emphasised, a method of measuring plant and equipment deterioration over a period of time is introduced. This will assess efficiency and the condition of assets, observe the ‘health’ of the plant by trending, remedial action can be take before failure enabling you to plan minimum maintenance.
