Established in 1980 as L.R.Dennis - Heating & Ventilation Services, the company specialized in the maintenance of mechanical services on commercial properties. The company serviced contracts throughout Nottingham and the South coast. In 1996, after years of continued success and a “can do” philosophy within the leisure sector, the formation of Leisure Maintenance Services was completed.
The company is registered with CORGI and our engineers have attained the relevant ACS gas safety modules, assuring our clients of a consistently high standard of workmanship with gas safety at the forefront.
Over 80% of our work is from repeat customers who have used us and found us to be professional, fair, committed and honest. This is due to our entire team being passionate about providing added value and the best possible service possible to all our customers.
